Role:

Business Intelligence Lead

I am developing a reporting solution for CPEsx. I am finding out what information is available to us in a machine processable format and then building systems to ingest this data and reports to turn this into actionable intelligence. This information will also be available for ad-hoc reporting requests. As the project progresses, the aim is to enrich this data to allow more and better options for looking at the data.

Background:

With over 10 years of experience in the NHS, I have specialised in Information and Data Warehouse management, as well as Hospital Management. I have more than a decade of expertise in the banking sector and over 6 years of experience within the Life & Pensions and Shares industries. My background also includes 2 years in the publishing industry.

Role:

Office Manager

I cover a vast area of administrative activities for both Community Pharmacy Essex and Healthy Living Partnership, including preparing the annual reports and completing the Data, Security and Protection toolkits.  I arrange forum meetings, conferences, and ad hoc events for pharmacy teams, as well as committee meetings.  I constantly assist with everyday queries from Contractors and maintain a chemist database and not forgetting ensuring the function at the office runs smoothly whether its health and safety or general maintenance.

My role overlaps with the locally commissioned services with Healthy Living Partnership Limited this ranges from pharmacy contracts with service provision, record keeping, service reports, raising invoices and payments.  And more recently since the website went live I am trying to keep it up to date.

Background:

Prior to joining the LPC I was a qualified HR Officer with Essex County Council, specialising in pay and conditions.  Having joined the Council as a school leaver I worked in several departments and progressed and developed in my career.  I then had a few years career break and joined the LPC team in 2009.
