NHS Profile Manager – 19th September 2022

If your pharmacy will be open during the bank holiday, you need to update your opening times using the NHS Profile Manager as soon as possible.

If you do not update your profile, your pharmacy will automatically show as ‘Closed’ on Monday 19 September.

Your profile is used to update the UEC Directory of Service (DoS) and NHS Website (nhs.uk), so it is important that your service profile is accurate at all times. This ensures NHS staff, patients and the public can access correct information about your bank holiday opening arrangements, standard opening times, contact details and services.
