Elevate Your Team with the New Community Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship!

We’re excited to announce that NHS England have again launch the Community Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship Programme! This fantastic initiative is designed to empower community pharmacies like yours to train the next generation of skilled professionals.

Through this programme, you can support pre-registration trainee pharmacy technicians (PTPTs) as they complete their comprehensive 24-month apprenticeship directly within your pharmacy setting. There’s a funding offer of £15,053 per trainee per year available to support this vital training.

Act Fast! While this funding is available across all sectors, it’s highly sought after and often over-subscribed. If you’re considering bringing a trainee technician into your team, we strongly recommend submitting your application early. The deadline for this year is 15th June 2025.
