Community Pharmacy Integration in North East Essex

This will be an opportunity to get a better understanding, discuss opportunities, dispel any myths and work through any concerns about the new Community Pharmacy services and pharmacy integration pilots in North East Essex, in an informal and constructive way.

This will include the Ranworth PCN SystmOne pilot, pharmacy hypertension service, CPCS, Discharge Medicines Service and the enhanced roles for community pharmacy PCN leads.

We strongly believe that good working relationships are the way forward, and although MS Teams has its place some things are just better in real life.
