Service Deliver in Pharmacies (Mid Essex)

Cardiovascular, Hypertension Service and NHS Health Checks in pharmacy settings together with a demonstration from PocDoc on the cholesterol testing kits that can be used.

Huge potential of health checks to be delivered in the Mid Essex area in pharmacy settings and this meeting will assist with methods and ways how to successfully provide the service in your pharmacy.

Colleagues from Essex Wellbeing Service will also be attending.
