The 2024/25 Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework (CPAF) screening questionnaire launched on Monday 1 July 2024.
It is now a regulatory requirement to complete the annual CPAF screening questionnaire.

You must complete the questionnaire no later than 11:59pm on Tuesday 30 July 2024.
