Key Dates, Timeline and Eligibility
Stock Provision Deadline – 6th July 2026
The deadline has since passed however, the initial deadline to register to offer the service via the National Booking Service (NBS), this dates was to ensure initial vaccine stock arrives in time for the official launch. Registrations after this date are accepted, but stock may be delayed.
Service Launch & Final Registration Cut-off – 20th July 2026
The service officially commences. 11:59 PM on this date is the final cut-off to register to deliver this service. Registrations submitted after this time will not be accepted.
The time-limited Advanced Service officially closes on 31st March 2027.
Eligible Patient Groups
The service is strictly limited to protecting the following cohorts:
- Year 13 Students: All students born between 1st September 2007 and 31st August 2008.
- Higher Education Freshers: Individuals under 25 starting university or residential further education for the first time this autumn.
- International Students: International students under 25 entering their first year of UK higher education.
Evidence Requirement: Higher Education/Residential Further Education entrants must present official evidence (such as a UCAS Hub screenshot, a letter, or an email confirmation showing their name, course code, and a 2026/2027 offer) to receive the vaccine via pharmacy self-referral.
14-Day RAVS Data Lock – All vaccination events must be recorded in the Record a Vaccination Service (RAVS) platform. Data entered more than 14 days after administration may forfeit your provider service payments.
